In order to measure your hand's circumference by wrapping a tape measure around your knuckles (not including your thumb). I hope this helps. -

What type of 100% genuine leather? I'm assuming that it's not cow since they are made in India and that would be morally reprehensible. Thanks!
Answer: Really don't know what kind of leather, but they are very warm in the winter. Great gloves for the price.
