However, it is recommended to use separate containers for different species and keep the brooder clean at all times to prevent infection. The interior dimensions of the brooder are approximately 9x9x7, which can accommodate small litters or a few small animals. It is also helpful during whelping to keep puppies warm and dry while the mother is whelping the next. It is convenient to use as it has a port on top that can be piped in oxygen. It is a useful tool for wildlife rehabilitation centers as it allows them to take care of baby animals that require feeding throughout the night.
