The eyelid tape is designed to be worn for at least three months straight to cause a permanent crease to make hooded lids look more open. The product comes without a case, and everything is made in China. The tapes are easy and painless to put on and wear and are unnoticeable on the eyelid when worn. However, it is suggested that one tries them before going for surgery. The tape is meant for use without makeup, but it can be worn with makeup provided the eyelids are free of any creams or moisturizers. Eyeshadow should be put on after sticking the tape onto the eyelid. While it is easy to use, it is difficult to place, and the lack of double adhesive or glue can make the upper fat on the lid hang over or push oddly against the tape, especially for people with deep set eyes or trying to remedy an uneven high deep set lid. These tapes come in one size but could be trimmed down depending on usage.
