- -10mW diverging output with a ring pattern is safe for everyday use and gives excellent demonstrations. -The product is ideal for testing lines and tech purposes. -The price is excellent compared to other similar VFLs. -The locator is easy to use and good on batteries. -Works as advertised and perfect for the price.

- -On/off switch protrudes and is too easy to move by accident. -Light on the tip becomes erratic after a week of everyday usage. -The battery is not easy to change. -It does not fit the LC and needs an additional conversion adapter. -It eats up battery life quite quickly.
