Answer: The face piece is already colored silver, and the kit comes with decals that would add the lines but flatten the details. I suggest using black panel liner paint to bring out the details, that's what I did. -

Answer: The hood, scarf material, and skirt-like material going down the legs are all flexible rubber, not cloth. -

Answer: The parts come molded in color and look pretty good assembled right out of the box. Some may choose to paint for added detail and weathering effect. The parts snap together easily, or you can glue them. It is an easy kit either way and very nicely done.
