Answer: I'm not going to try in order to answer your question, but I would guess they do not easily cut hair. They are plastic scissors, intended for paper (and toddlers!). If you try hard enough, though, perhaps they would cut through a few strands of hair. If this is a concern, I would not give them to the child. -
