- Sausage making for you at home made easy: our pig casings are mounted on solid plastic tubes (tubes). This prevents annoying knotting and allows easy transfer of the pig intestine to the sausage filling machine. We recommend a filling tube with a diameter of ideally 16 mm or 18 mm to a maximum of 19 mm.
- TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANTAGE Our threaded goods are popular as the processing of the intestines becomes easier and more economical. Our pig casings are metered (measured) before tubing in a watered state. Then the product is tightly threaded on tubes and salted dry. This is a natural product, so the total of 18 metres is distributed over 3-4 tubes due to production.
- Handmade: Our natural ingredients are careful inspected, processed and packaged by our certified natural intestinal producer based in Germany.
- PROFESSIONAL BUTCHER QUALITY: Fits any type of sausage: our pork casings are premium quality with grade 1A. The natural intestine of the pork can be used in many ways when making sausages, e.g. as bratwurst intestines or for white sausages, cooked sausages, mead sausages, cheese grillers, Polish sausages and Italian salsiccia. The reason for this is its robust filling behaviour.
- A pure natural product: pork casings give sausage products their characteristic appearance, allow the sausage meat to breathe and absorb smoke and grill flavors. The pig intestine is smokable, brew-proof and suitable for grilling. Colour variations are possible due to the natural nature of natural intestines. The natural intestine is not suitable for raw consumption.
