The jewelry is screw-in styled and has 2mm CZ stones. It is a good choice for helix piercing but will not make it heal any faster. Customers loved its colors and affordability but had issues with some tops falling off easily due to the short thread. One buyer did not like the product and had to find other alternatives. One customer noted that the opal is a tad smaller than expected, but it fits perfectly. Shipping is quick. One user expressed concern about the lipstick making their lips green.
