What should I do when my rollerball stops working?
Answer: When my rollerball starts to feel like it’s sticking or sluggish, turn it off and roll the ball part on hand and sometimes shake it a little. Clean it with alcohol with good results. Dry it after cleaning by rolling it around. -

Answer: Yes, it will work with any device that has USB connectivity. -

Can the trackball come out to clean it?
Answer: Yes, place a pen point in the tiny hole to the left of the green ball and turn the black ring around the ball slightly counterclockwise to unlock it. Use a pin to pry the ring off and the ball will come right out. Clean those 3 tiny rollers inside CAREFULLY (a pin works well for this and a cotton swab) and make sure there is no debris in the center whole on the lens. This should be necessary a few times a year depending how much you use it. -

Answer: No, each receiver has to be used for its own mouse. -
