The cup is well-insulated and able to keep ice cubes intact for long periods. However, the capacity of the cup is less than the advertised 20 oz, and the cup's exterior is slick and not easy to hold. The lid's slider is hard to slide open and close, and the lid does not seal properly, causing the drink to leak out when the user takes a sip. Despite these shortcomings, the lid fits well, is sturdy, and fits snugly. The tumbler is also heavy, which could pose a problem for some users.
