Answer: I don't know what a Chicago inline brake is. This brake is for K2 skates and it's a lousy break. Wears down immediately. -

I bought a brake to replace my old one which broke off the skate but i need some kind of additional piece to attach the brake to the skate?
Answer: If you broke the part of the skate that seats the actual brake then you’ll have to contact K2 for the specific piece of find a universal one. However this brake does screw directly into the housing, you’ll still need the brake cage. Never heard of anyone breaking their brake before, not an easy thing to accomplish. Good luck! -

will this work on a 1994 K2 Exotech skate?
Answer: I guess; I've had many different K2 skates since 1999, and the brake stopper has always been identical. But make shure it's 'made in Korea' and not 'made in China' -
