Urban Slicer Pizza Worx is a pizza dough that comes in a 13.4 oz bag with two packs. It is an outdoor grilling pizza dough that is very easy to make by adding only water and mix; it cooks fast on the grill as it only takes about 5 minutes to cook. In a review, a customer said that Urban Slicer helped her make her personal best homemade pizza. She mixed the dough with some garlic powder, onion powder, a bit of sugar, Italian seasoning, and some olive oil before adding the warm water to activate the yeast. The instructions do not tell you to add seasonings, only warm water. She left the dough to rest for about 10 minutes and then cut the ball in half to make two pizzas without any rolling. When she was ready to add the pizza to the hot steel, it was easy to slide or move onto it with some spatula help. She baked it for 4 minutes, then rotated 180, and about another 5 minutes till they reached the degree of baking she wanted. The crust and toppings were perfect. Another customer tried following the instructions to make the dough, but it did not rise. On the other hand, a customer, using a small two-burner grill, would never have had a good outcome with pizza, but with Urban Slicer, this problem solved. The crust was fantastic thin and no flop even with the pound or more of toppings. Some customers found the price a bit high but worth it for a special occasion.
