The Olympus Telephoto Tough Lens Pack includes a lens and adapter for TG-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 cameras. The lens has a maximum focal length of approximately 170mm (35mm equivalent). The minimum focal length is estimated to be around 100mm, but the maximum aperture f/2.0 can't be used while the adapter is on the camera due to severe vignetting and light transmission loss. Other 1.7x teleconverters have a 1.5 f-stop reduction, so the effective f-stop range with this teleconverter would be f7.4 to f27. This is a bright daytime use only attachment. Users must remove the cosmetic adapter ring from the camera body and twist on the telephoto to use it. The lens does not have a back cap, but a second front cap can be used instead. The lens is not for underwater photography. It fits the TG-4 with the adapter, and it is a 40.5mm lens that can accept screw-on filters at the front. Most of the reviews refer to a book called Pandora's Locks, which tells the story of how the St. Lawrence Seaway allowed invasive species into the Great Lakes. Many reviewers highly recommend the book for Great Lakes enthusiast readers.
