Nevertheless, the CM and MM are correct, and the software functions properly. Some customers have criticized the quality of the vinyl that comes with the device, which is flimsy and may be harder to cut. However, it cuts flawlessly with high-end vinyl brands such as Oracall, according to other customers. Some people had issues with assembly or technical glitches, but tech support was helpful, and the machine worked well once issues were fixed. Generally, customers found the plotter worked well and was simple to set up, with straightforward software. The price is reasonable, Considering the plotter's capabilities, but the quality of the device and the accessories could be improved, according to some customers.
