It is compact, lightweight and portable, making it perfect for slicing or chopping small food products like vegetables or fruits. The board saves knives edge and is really handy to just pull out of the cupboard and use for a salad or a burger. Its size is ideal for sandwiches and anything else where you don’t want to get out the real big one. The handle is nice and the hole is big enough to hang on thick metal hook. This cutting board is also dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean. However, one reviewer mentioned that it warped after a month of use, which is disappointing for an Epicurean board.
