MARCATO Manual Pasta Makers AM-180-CLS Editorial Review
MARCATO Made in Italy Ampia 180 Classic Manual Pasta Machine is a versatile kitchen tool crafted from high-quality chrome steel and designed to make various types of pasta including lasagne, fettuccine, and tagliolini. Users appreciate its smooth operation, which allows for easy dough rolling without excessive arm fatigue, even though it lacks double rollers and may require additional passes for optimal thickness. With ten settings for adjusting the pasta thickness and a sturdy build, it has earned high praise in the market despite a few reports of items arriving in less than perfect condition. It’s ideal for home chefs looking to experiment with homemade pasta.
