Sarah Brightman Format: Audio CD Classical Editorial Review
** ** The customer reception for Sarah Brightman's latest album, *Hymn*, reveals a powerful and poignant musical experience that resonates deeply with many listeners. Many reviewers have been swept away by Brightman’s exceptional vocal prowess, noting that her performances on this album have the capacity to uplift spirits and transport audiences into realms of beauty and tranquility. The blend of genres, ranging from pop and rock to classical opera, creates a dynamic listening experience, moving seamlessly between different styles while maintaining a cohesive and mesmerizing flow. Fans have appreciated the album for its unique approach to Christian-inspired music, celebrating original compositions rather than familiar hymns, allowing listeners to discover new favorites that touch the soul. Tracks like "TIME TO SAY GOODBYE" and "YOU" have garnered particular praise for their emotional depth and rich orchestration. The project is described as an artistic culmination of Brightman's career, marked by her mastery in deliverance without excessive reliance on production techniques, showcasing her voice's true strength and emotive capacity. However, not all feedback is glowing, as some listeners found that the orchestral and choral accompaniments occasionally overshadowed Brightman's powerful voice. This divergence in opinion highlights a polarizing element of the album—while many are enchanted by its grandeur, some yearn for a more direct vocal presentation that features Brightman's full potential without compromise. Despite these mixed reviews, *Hymn* stands out as a significant work in Brightman's discography, offering a new and uplifting musical journey that continues to resonate with a diverse audience. **
