Although there are no settings for the webcam, everything is automatic. The microphone's quality is deemed poor by one reviewer who suggests using a separate microphone. The product also comes with a tripod. One reviewer found the camera has a Considerable amount of barrel distortion and noted that the sound was good in meetings. Another reviewer tried the webcam and found it worse than their 2016 MacBook Pro's 720p built-in webcam, as the microphone was useless, and the video quality and feed were horrible. Any significant movement causes video stutter, and the image was too red most of the time. This product ended up not fitting their needs. Other reviewers found the camera to be a great deal for the price, simple to use and set up, and able to produce good picture quality, especially in good lighting.
