The SnakeEye III AMBER LED Hideaway Strobe Light is a single unit package with 6 LED chips built-in. The LED lights are brighter than the 4W model and offer additional features such as being available in split color variations and having half of its flash patterns being an alternating flash between the 6 LED's. The lights are sync-able with the link cable provided, which can sync the function of multiple units without the need for a controller. However, it depends on the output voltage of the control box whether these LED's can be wired to the control box or not. It requires a 1 inch hole to cut to install in headlights and tail lights. The TBT function will trigger all the LEDs in the unit. It is not recommended to mount the lights inside of light assembly with colored lenses, such as red tail lights or amber turn signal lights as the color of the LEDs will not shine through.
