Some customers loved the product because its size was perfect for what they wanted, easy to inflate, and looked great. Meanwhile, others were not happy with the product's quality. Some customers received balloons with holes in them, or the white ribbon, red round balloons and white round balloons were missing. Some customers have noted that the gold "I Love You" letters were missing in their package.
