Answer: I have always washed them, as with anything before I eat. That should address the dust of there is any. I have not seen rocks. -

Answer: As shown through their description, these are organic, non-GMO dried white mulberries. I do not know what testing they conduct. The prop 65 notice is likely for the acrylamides that are a byproduct of the drying process as with most heat-dried fruits. I purchase these regularly and am quite satisfied. -
