Citadel Paints 21-21 Editorial Review
Games Workshop Citadel Base: XV-88 offers an impressive full coverage with its 12 ml bottle, perfect for achieving a rich matte finish on miniatures. Users have noted its suitability for bases in specific themes like desert or Badlands, showcasing its versatility as a foundational paint. While the drying time spans 24 hours, making it ideal for layered projects, some customers found a minor inconsistency in the paint's fluidity.
