Underworks Shapewear Editorial Review
The Underworks Posture Control and Training Shirt has garnered a mixed reception from customers, primarily centered around its effectiveness in posture improvement and overall wearability. Many users have reported positive outcomes, especially regarding back pain relief and an observable improvement in posture. The shirt's sleeveless design adds comfort during warm weather, and several reviews noted that it allows for reasonable movement without being overly restrictive. However, not all feedback is favorable. A Considerable number of customers expressed frustration with sizing discrepancies, indicating that the size chart does not accurately reflect the fit, which can make it challenging to wear. The material received criticism for being stiff and not suitable for wearing as a base layer next to the skin. Some users reported that body hair could become caught in the fabric, exacerbating discomfort. Additionally, while the shirt effectively encourages upright posture, it fails to adequately assist in keeping shoulders back—an important aspect of overall posture correction. Overall, while the Underworks shirt has the potential to help users develop better posture habits and experience pain relief, its effectiveness may be hampered by sizing issues and material discomfort. **
