However, some customers have experienced issues with packaging damage, flickering, and lost signal when changing game settings or alt-tabbing. Some also experienced issues with Dell customer support. The monitor supports VESA compatible 100 x 100 mm mounting holes for flexible mounting options. The PS5 only supports up to 16:9 aspect ratios, so the ultrawide monitor will either have the image stretched and distorted, or it will have black bars on the sides of the image. Dell has not identified any technical burn-in issues during quality checks, and technical support is available 24/7 to assist.
