However, the remote might require a flat watch-like battery that is hard to remove from the tray. The plexiglass shield is visible in certain lighting conditions, but if placed in an existing firebox, contact with sides will effectively clear any reflections. It is important to keep in mind that the device might not heat a big room entirely and that replacement doors might be required to hide the screen. Unfortunately, the product stopped working after only two months.
