Henckels Cheese Board & Knife Set Review The Henckels Cheese Board & Knife Set is a great addition to any kitchen for those who love cheese. The board is a little smaller than an 8x10 sheet of paper and the knives are good quality, as you would expect from Henckels. The board is thick, of good size with great quality, and perfect for cutting cheese even hard cheddar easily. The knives cut like a breeze, and the set is very good quality for a small set like this. However, the set is made in China which may affect the long term use. It's better not to put any of it in the dishwasher since cheese knives have a wooden handle that may not hold up. The set comes packaged in a box but doesn't have a box or bag to store the knives in. Personal preference wishes the set had a small pouch for knives/board for storage.
