    Answer: There is an elastic band on the inside of the front cover which when folded back can be used to hold the iPad with one hand. I prefer using it at a tilted angle which can be at several angles with this case.
  • Question: Is the inside grey or tan?

    Answer: It is gray on the inside of the blue case
  • Question: Does it close correctly with a screen protector ?

    Answer: Yes. I added a screen protector and it still closes without any problem
  • Question: How to work volume on the keyboard? It wont go up or down

    Answer: I have never tried to adjust the volume via the keyboard. To adjust the volume, I use the controls on my iPad. It appears that the F9 and F10 keys on the top of the keyboard indicate volume controls but I haven’t tried it.
  • Question: The "i" button sticks. Should I return for a replacement or is there a way to fix that?

    Answer: I have NOT had that problem with any of the buttons on the keyboard. I suggest returning for a replacement.
  • Question: Can someone provide a picture of the usb connection cord? I purchased another item, which said compatible with 2018 and cord didn’t fit.

    Answer: The usb cord for the keyboard is an Android mirco usb cord. The package comes with the cord. :)
