It is described as functioning like a restaurant fryer and delivers excellent results. However, it is worth noting that the fryer is large and may take up a Considerable amount of counter space. Additionally, cleaning the fryer can be time-Consuming, and it Consumes a lot of electricity. One minor issue mentioned by a customer was the flimsiness of the shell outside the fryer. Although it does not affect its overall performance, it may not meet some people's expectations in terms of durability. One major concern that some customers had was with the handle on the baskets. It does not stay in a set position, which can be unsafe when trying to dump the basket after frying. Overall, the Fryer-X seems to be a great purchase.
