The Fellowes Carbon Filters for AeraMax Air Purifiers are a great addition to any household, especially for those with allergies or who are sensitive to smells. These filters are smaller than the facade of the machine, but they are a perfect fit for DX95, 290, and 300 models. Customers have reported that they are easy to replace and work effectively. These filters not only remove dust and larger particles, but also catch much of the unpleasant odours floating in the air, leaving the room smelling fresh and clean. The filters do lose their effectiveness after about 2 months, but having a fresh smelling room is well worth the price to keep replacing them. Furthermore, customers have found that using off-brand filters is not as effective as using the name brand, which is why the extra few dollars are worth spending to remove the gunk from the air. Finally, instructions on replacing the filter and resetting the light to shut off are included on the replacement filter itself.
