I bought the Flex Seal Liquid Flood Protection for my basement which is notorious for flooding during heavy rain. I applied it to the walls and it did a great job of repelling water. Even after a heavy downpour, there was no moisture seeping through the walls. I also used it on some outdoor furniture and it kept them dry during rain as well. The liquid was easy to apply and dried relatively quickly. One thing to note is that it does have a strong odor, so be prepared for that. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of flood protection.
