| Dosage | (*) NuBest Tall: Ages 5 to 10: Take one (1) capsule twice daily about 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals; Above 10 to teenagers: Take one (1) capsule three times daily about 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. (*) NuBest Tall 10+: For use by age (10+) and teenagers who drink milk daily. It is especially effective during puberty. Take one (1) capsule twice daily after meals. Capsules may be opened and powder added to your food or drink. (*) NuBest Tall Kids: For use by kids from the ages of 2 to 9. Kids chew the whole tablet. Under the age of 4: Chew one (1) tablet daily. Ages 4 and older: Chew two (2) tablets daily.
