Answer: wheel and tire is almost 15" high, i did not inflate the tires yet to the noted pressure yet, 7" stated is the aprox. radius from axle center to outside of tire, hopes this info help -

What is the measurement between the inside of the hub in the outside of the hub
Answer: Hub to hub is 21 inches wheel with is 6.5 inches total axle is 33 inches I hope this helps if not ask more questions thank you inside measurement is the 21 inches. -

Will these work for a beach wheelchair or will they sink in the sand?
Answer: I use them for a wheelbarrow on the beach. They will not sink. -

My cart is 19.5” wide. Will the tires clear? I see the measurement between the hubs, but what is the measurement between the inner edges of the tires?
Answer: 201/4” between tires. My cart is 191/2” also. All is well.
