- Product Overview:● This sealing machine employs electric pulse technoledge, result-ing in reducing of original work-time from 2-4 seconds to 0.2-2 seconds, which is an equipment of low investment with high return. It is widely used in the industries such as foods, medicine, electric elements, factory, shopstore, service, family food seailing etc.● Two types of heating wires are included. The round heating wire is used for cutting and sealing. 3mm flat heating wire is used for single sealing.● According to the choice of different heating wire widths, it can complete sealing and cutting or sealing and packing bags. 3MM heating wire is used for sealing packaging bags, such as food and clothing and other packaging. You can choose to replace the 0.6MM round wire cutting line for sealing and packaging gift boxes, such as mobile phone boxes, gift box packaging, shrink film sealing and cutting, etc. Product Parameters:1. Type: SF3002. Pulse: 350(W)3. Sealing length: 300(mm)4. Warming time: 0.2-2(s)5. Weight: 7.2(kg) Note:Two types of heating wires are included. Operation:Assemble according to the sketch map, screw the feet-step drawing stitch screw nut tight, then insert the plug, screw to turn the power of 110V on, when the red light is on, adjust the time according to the thickness of the membrane, feet-step down, green light is on, indicating warming begins, until the green light is off, which means the operation is over.
