**** The customer experience with this scratching post is predominantly positive, highlighting its durability, design, and overall appeal to a variety of cats. Many users appreciate how well-made and sturdy the post is, often noting its effectiveness in diverting feline attention from their furniture. Customers with multiple cats report enthusiastic usage, with larger breeds also enjoying the scratching post without concern for stability or wear. While the majority of reviews extol the scratching post’s benefits, there are a few complaints regarding Construction quality. Some users experienced issues with the base snapping after short periods of use and concerns about the seams of the sisal coming loose. However, these negative experiences appear to be in the minority, as many customers remain highly satisfied, eager to purchase additional units, and commend the product's design that allows their pets to scratch and stretch freely. Overall, if you are in the market for a scratching post that blends functionality with a sturdy design, this product seems to garner strong approval from both owners and their cats. **
