Answer: No. Extremely lightweight. Easy to wear for 10-11 hour days. But material is very thin and not particularly warming. Soles feel as light as flip flops. I wouldn’t think they would be slip resistant. -

Answer: Yes or if there’s a raise it must be so little that I couldn’t. -

Answer: They are not lined and they are extremely comfortable with light socks. I don’t think they will be too hot for you unless you wear thick socks.
