Can this bowl be used for both cats and dogs?
Answer: No, this bowl is designed for water use only, not for cat food. -

How easily is this bowl tipped?
Answer: It's a fairly shallow bowl, with a decent amount of weight, making it difficult for a cat to flip it considering the weight distribution of the bowl. Mine will sometimes bat at the fish, they have never tipped it, but mine are more likely to drag a towel into their water bowl, or drop a toy in it. -
