The Sagaform Forest Mushroom Truffle Knife with Canvas Case is a worthy addition to your mushroom foraging kit. Its stainless steel blade is not razor-sharp, but the curved blade and point at the tip help cut and flick off tough little sligs. The hinge mechanism of the blade is without a spring or locking mechanism, but it stays open by its own stiffness. The synthetic bristles of the brush are helpful in cleaning off debris from mushrooms. It comes with a water repellent case with a belt loop and velcro closure. The knife is well-made and lightweight.
