Answer: As supplied, the swivel pad height can be adjusted from 3-3/4" to about 4-1/4". The threaded black base is 1-3/4" tall. You can change the height range by using different length bolts (I suggest carriage bolts) or a piece of all-thread and a coupling nut. -
