Answer: Yes, you can. We have had them on the floor, but are now a waterfall on the roof in a sensory room. -

Does it come to plug into a normal socket? As someone says you need an electrician for these, is that true?
Answer: No, an electrician is not needed. The light comes with a normal UK plug attached, ready to plug in. -

Do the plastic covers over the lights come off when children pull on them?
Answer: No, we've had it nearly a year and my daughter pulls them all the time but the covers stay on. -

Do the plastic covers come away? I've had similar lights in the past and the plastic covers kept coming away when the child pulled on them.
