Logitech In-Ear Headphones Editorial Review
The Logitech H340 Wired Headset has garnered a mixed reception from customers, particularly for its performance and comfort level. While some users appreciate the affordable price and decent sound quality for online meetings and dictation, a significant number have reported severe issues such as distorted sound and discomfort during use. Several customers highlighted that the headset didn't hold up well during extended wear, leading to discomfort and headaches. Some described problems with sound clarity, particularly at higher frequencies, and others experienced malfunctions where the audio quality degraded to a robotic tone. Notably, there were complaints about the headset's inability to serve as a reliable noise-cancelling solution, which left many feeling unfulfilled, especially in noisy environments. Despite these negatives, a few users did express satisfaction with the headset's basic functionality for work-from-home scenarios, noting that it performed adequately for conference calls when used at lower volumes. However, the Consensus leans towards the necessity for potential buyers to Consider alternative models if they prioritize comfort and sound quality.
